Shipping policy
Processing time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping rates We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $75 within Australia. For orders under $75, a flat shipping rate of $9.95 applies.
Delivery timeframes Once dispatched, please allow the following estimated delivery times:
- Metro areas: 3–5 business days
- Regional areas: 5–8 business days
- Remote areas: 8–12 business days
Please note these are estimates only. Occasionally delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays and busy postal periods.
Subscription boxes Subscription boxes are dispatched on a fixed schedule each month. You will be notified by email before each dispatch with your expected delivery window. If your address changes between orders, please update your details in your account at least 5 business days before your next dispatch date.
Order tracking Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your delivery through our carrier's website.
Incorrect addresses Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. Purapet is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at [your email address] and we will do our best to assist before dispatch.
Missing or delayed orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If you are still unable to locate your order, please contact us at hello@purapet.com.au and we will investigate on your behalf.
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.
