We process all orders within 2–3 business days. Once dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery timeframes within Australia:
- Metro areas: 3–5 business days
- Regional areas: 5–8 business days
- Remote areas: 8–12 business days
Complimentary shipping on all orders over $75. A flat rate of $9.95 applies to orders under $75.
Returns
As our boxes are curated products we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your box arrives damaged or contains a faulty item please contact us within 7 days at hello@purapet.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item.
