Our products Purapet offers curated subscription boxes and one-off purchases containing dog treats, toys, wellness products and related items. We reserve the right to substitute products within a box where an item becomes unavailable, provided the replacement is of equal or greater value and quality. Product descriptions and images on our website are as accurate as possible however slight variations may occur.
Ordering By placing an order through our website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Pricing All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Occasionally pricing errors may occur on our website — in this case we will contact you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon dispatch.
